Sussex Community Foundation has been created by local people, to support local communities.

We are here to make it easy for you, as a company or an individual, to donate money to local causes. We make sure your donations go where funds are really needed and will make a difference. Often these are the smaller groups for whom a small amount of money goes a long way. We also make it easy for community groups to apply for funds.

With your help, Sussex Community Foundation is building a substantial permanent fund for Sussex that will provide lasting benefit for local communities today and create a brighter future for generations to come.

Any gift you make today could be worth double thanks to match funding from the Government’s Grassroots Endowment Challenge. With your generosity we aim to build a £3 million endowment fund by March 2011. If you are a UK tax-payer the Gift Aid claimed on your donation will also be matched so a gift of £100 would become £256, at no extra cost to you!
