We celebrate raising £10 million for Sussex!
Sussex Community Foundation has welcomed a new chairman in the same week that the charity announced it has raised £10 million in support of charities and community groups across Sussex.

Sussex Community Foundation supports local charities and community groups across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.
We make it easy for you to give money to local causes close to your heart.
From the funds we manage on behalf of Sussex donors, we award grants to a wide range of local charities. Click here to find out more about the groups we have funded. Many of them are smaller community groups where a modest grant can go a long way.
We also make it easy for community groups to apply for funds.
Since 2006, we've given grants totalling over £4 million to 2,000 Sussex charities and community groups. Most of the grants we give are between £1,000 and £5,000.
We are also building a growing endowment fund that will benefit Sussex people for generations to come.
