Options for Giving
There are a variety of ways to give to Sussex through the Community Foundation, whether by one-off or regular gift, or setting up your own Named Fund.
General Donations »
We welcome donations of any size. These are brought together to build the Sussex Investment Fund, a permanent endowment fund which is used to support a range of community and voluntary organisations in Sussex.
Acorn Fund »
A minimum annual donation of £1,000 is invested in the Sussex Investment Fund. Interest is used for general grant making until the investment reaches £25,000 and becomes a Named Fund, with all the associated benefits.
Foundation Donors »
Foundation Donors make a commitment to donating a minimum of £5,000 per year for three years. The money is used to fund the development costs of The Foundation thereby providing critical support for its ongoing growth.
Named Fund Holders »
For a minimum donation of £10,000 you can set up a Named Fund in your own name, or company name. You can choose how your funds are spent and have the opportunity to meet the people who are using your donation to help Sussex.
Legacies »
The Foundation offers an ideal vehicle for those who want to leave a permanent legacy to Sussex.
