Many people and organisations would like to respond to local needs but don’t have the time or would like extra support to assist their giving.
Sussex Community Foundation can help the local causes you want to support, ensuring your money goes where it is really needed and has maximum impact.
Donations of any size can be made to our Sussex Investment Fund. Individuals and companies who make larger donations can establish their own Named Fund. Sussex Community Foundation will provide a professional and bespoke service, helping you to identify and achieve your philanthropic goals and ensure your donations support local causes close to your heart.
The service has the following benefits
- You can choose the areas your funding will support to reflect your own particular interests and concerns
- The Foundation can identify groups that match your charitable interests – this saves you time and makes your giving more effective
- You can be involved as much or as little as you wish in decisions about grants
- You can have the opportunity to visit the projects you help
- Sussex Community Foundation provides a simple, flexible and tax efficient way of making your local giving go as far as possible
The Sussex Community Foundation has been established by an experienced board of Trustees, leaders in their respective fields, who are used to delivering success.
You can give to Sussex Community Foundation by making a one-off or regular gift, or by leaving a legacy.
