Southern Water is hosting the Super Irish Race day at Fontwell Park racecourse, near Arundel on Saturday 2 October 2010.
Sport Relief comes to Brighton & Hove
Grants of up to £1,000 are available for community groups in Brighton & Hove from funds raised through Sport Relief. Community Cash Grants are to support work where there is clear evidence of a sustained beneficial impact on the lives oe people who are excluded or disadvantaged through low income, rural or social isolation, age, disabilities, race, sexuality or gender.
Priority will be given to small, locally based groups or organisations in areas of disadvantage that have a clear understanding of the needs of their community.
Groups should have a turnover of £50,000 or less in the last year. The deadline for completed applications is 5th March 2010.
